On the d3 there was two torx screws holding it...

On the d3 there was two torx screws holding it on, one either side, they were black so may be difficult to see. Once they were out it just slid out of the hole.

If it's anything like mine you need to pop the...

If it's anything like mine you need to pop the caps out of the toolbox no gain access to the screws once that's removed you will find the cover is clipped all the way round, I forced my fingers...
