I don't know if the heater was dropped from MY2005 because it's now integrated with the Radar??

Have you VCDS? Is the ACC heater disabled in module 13 - Distance Regulation adaptation channel 3?

There is a sensor heater, Z47, unfortunately I don't have a part number.

Edit; just checked the current flow and the heater was dropped from MY 2005.
