hi guys, I am back on this now.
I have tried to 'rematch' the key to the car and this does not work.
I am thinking maybe the when the previous owner suggested the vacuum control pump was faulty...

I think that is exactly what the owner did back in may 17 given I have the two read outs one with lots of fault codes across the board in many areas/addresses and then another...
