The blade type fuses are standard and any motor factor will have them. Ring A8Parts for anything not listed on ebay, they'll have loads of them or might be able to pull them from a car breaking...

I think you're talking D2 HP, not sure D3 is the same + there are no lights on the dash so i'd rule out immo, i'm assming the focus still lit the dash regardless of immo.

I'm not 100% but i thought you needed the ignition on to scan with VCDS. Not even unsure about D3 fuses and locations but there will be some big 60A fuses somewhere and relays, not in the end of the...

Do you get lights on the dash when ignition is turned on?

I'd be looking at all the fuses including the BIG ones.
