D3 a8 feels unstable

Hi all.
I'm just wondering if anyone can point me in a direction.
Sometimes, more when going right at 50mph or more, it's like the front wants to walk wide a little before turning in and the back...

Just following up here. Have replaced left bank...

Just following up here. Have replaced left bank o2 sensor as it seemed dead according to the diagnostic in the garage and after a smoke test 2 breather pipes from the inlet manifold were split open....

I was told that there's no codes in the ecu, and they welded in new pipe before the cats... Hopefully they've made a mess of it and that it's just that... Fingers crossed but your right does sound...

Nct emmisions fail

Hi all.
My1996 4.2 v8 a8 fail the nct/mot today on its emmisions.. Again... It failed previously on this and the exhaust was leaking so had part of it replaced and now the readings are even higher....

Hang tough for me for a week or so if that's OK, crankseal and clutch need doing on the Volvo so that's this week's funding hammered. Thank you though and all going to plan I'll get you to do that....

That's the response I was getting from audi Ireland dealers, however most of them struggle to spell audi so I wouldn't take that as gospel, however a few German dealers I messaged said the same....

Hi all.
Where can I get the gasket kit for my fuel pump? The o rings and the weird kinda haxagon gasket? Audi Ireland are telling me it's deleted from the availability. And no suitable replacement....

Lights on electric window switches

Hi all.
I'm just after putting my 96 a8 back on the road, and have noticed that when I lock the car the lights on the electric windows stay on, and the light in the hazard light switch stays on....

Disconnect battery while off the road

Hi.
Unfortunately I'm having to park up my a8 for a few months while I work away and it'll be parked up at the in laws.
Am I better to disconnect the battery to save it being drained off and...

Got it out without removing all the suspension...

Got it out without removing all the suspension with a bit of jiggling! For the pinch bolt I found a tap with a drift and then a turn on the spanner worked a treat. A little long winded but handier...

As it was already said to me by ye, it was the new bearing that failed. Replacement popped in today, no noise all is well.

I have a atf leak... looks like is coming from the cooler, but it was everywhere so have cleaned it off with the pressure...
