I did it without removing the bumper.

remove the liner.
move the airbox to the side
undo the nuts holding the bottle
lift the bottle up for access to the pump

I had this code and the vac lines to the fuel kombi valves on both sides were mostly missing.

They were also perished at the front of the engine
