Can`t hear anything from the sylinder head so if it has been the lifters that would have been audiable there i guess

Will try and remove the catalyst and see what happens.
But the noice is never...

Yes i can get that noise when i rev the engine when parked an keep it steady at around 2000 rpm.

the catalyst is changed for 2 years ago but can be broken anyway.
have tried and listn around but...

can hear the sound for a second, driving uphill without the ticking and when i realese the throttle the sound occure.
