I finally got a clue and figured out which relay was making noise, the wrong relay was in place. A short 204 was where a tall 624 was supposed to be. All is as it should be now... thanks for all kind...

At first my overhead auto-on wasn't working, but my door/puddle were. Also my door open/close indicators were messed up but those are all fine now too. But now, my red door panel (for open door)...
