but according to this you should WARM the engine to around 100 when filling or topping up , which still suggests to me that that is the correct tick over temperature , and that the only difference with the later engine is that it doesn't have the anti knock temperature reduction programme

personally I would still be content with what you have , but you pay your money and make your choice !
