If you have no dealer around you then one of the audi dealers sells genuine fluid on ebay, around £11 per bottle.
You will need 2L, after approx. 1.5L of bleeding/flushing you will see fresh fluid coming thru.
Fog light grill off, disconnect the second hose (one behind) and start pumping new oil in and old out by turning ignition on and off straight away with top ups in between.
Really simple to do.
Make sure when you finish oil level is approx. 2mm above MIN mark as per manual in this thread.
