The lightest OE 18s I've ever encountered are the W12s I've got listed for sale which come in at ~12Kg. The next lightest are the 17" D2 fat fives which are about 11Kg and are what I have for my track car (aka workshop shelf).
Team Dynamics pro-race 1.2 are very light too. I think their 9x17 is about 10.something Kg.
