I have the artistic talents of a brick so I have CAD software rather than Photoshop. I am currently fighting Fusion360's user-hostile rendering engine trying to get a nice quality version of this:
but no matter what I do with texture and lighting, it flatly refuses to put any highlights on the side of the lettering, despite it being configured for polished aluminium the same as the top of the lettering
