6.31.1 are 2020/21 maps (so the 'half way through the year' update) - same map my S5 has installed.
The maps files are available online from various hooky sources, but require an activation file as well. Mostly when done once you don't need to re-activate for future map updates.

Not sure when Audi are stopping updates for these systems, as I'd expect full 2021 maps to have been out since October '20 but suspect they've not released.
