Ah, thanks for that nugget of info. Both of mine had cracked a while ago, and I have already replaced them once.The white lens does appear to suffer weakness, compared to the rest of the inner light cluster. Looks like I'll have to address both problems but I'll look to change the rear lights first before looking at the number plate surround.
