wow thanks for all these replies.

I've been doing some digging and a VW sharan pdc button looks like it might fit the hole and it even has the led's which should light up..

But i think notorious has the best solution, it's the most 'Audi' solution parts wise, and I'll think I'll go with that, I just have to find a connector to adapt.
