So usually jumping the battery directly fries the battery control module in D3s, so I'm guessing it's a similar thing in the D4. A lot of those errors will be resulting from the same place and just showing in multiple modules because they all rely on each other.

Not sure if that's the 'Body Control Module' or another module, but I'd look at those places to start with.
