Only couple of LEDs were out for indicator, I got replacements on eBay, the link is no longer valid and I do not have part numbers. I did not have any issues with them after replacing so did not look into not further details for indicators.

For the tail/brake lights most of LEDs had failed so I was replacing them all at the same time every time. I ended up replacing existing 3x 4.7ohm resistors on one of red LED PCBs with 22ohm. I used SP123WJ0220T1E but you may need different ones depending on LEDs you are using.
