Get them to compensate you for it and fix it yourself.
One thing I have learnt in my D2 ownership is to do all the work yourself because others will alwas screw you over.. there are exceptions to the rule like MJ ofcourse.
This my cam cap that was just smothered in silicone and blocking oil galleries, there was more to it; I had the cam covers done twice by 2 different mechanics and they both leaked, I've done the cam covers myself now, learning as I do it and the engine is dry now... so yes, you can do a better job of something yourself as you're learning it, than some idiot with 20 years of idiot experience:
