starter motor
Hello everyone. I have a problem because last week my starter burned out. It looks like the selenoid blew out the starter motor while the engine was running. As it turned out my son pressed 2 buttons at the same time start and stop. Moments later, I felt an electrical stench in the car, turned off the engine and the car would not start. So I pulled out the starter and it is clearly burned on the back of the starter where the copper cable is connected to the housing. I opened the starter and it just popped out. So I ordered a used one and put it on (without checking if it works outside) and no reaction even clicks. During assembly, I cleaned all connections with a wire brush to make sure connections were made. Errors on the scan have nothing on the starter motor. Could anyone help please
