I changed the winters on my 100HP a week ago, as it's my daily local ride, and the daytime temperatures are usually >10 degrees round here now - the car also looks much nicer with those and the wider rims on too

As for the S8, in the end I left the summers on all winter, as the only trips it was doing over the winter were short days out on good sunny days - although a couple of the Michelins are starting to show signs of very minor surface cracks in the sidewalls too....
The Model S still has its winters on, and I'm in no great rush to change those over, as it's mainly used for long motorway road trips, and the Sottozeros work pretty well as all seasons for that sort of use, and the summer rims need a refurb
