That sounds like a hell of a project!
I started on a smaller scale project this year. Hence why I was driving an Impreza GX for most of the year! Three bedroom semi-detached house in the countryside, purchased by me and the missus and with the help of our family (mainly my tireless father), we've stripped it back to the beams, brick and concrete and rebuilt it from there.
It's a complete transformation inside. Literally, hundreds if not thousands of man hours poured into the project. Blood, sweat and tears and sacks of broken horse hair and lime plaster. All the best getting your place sorted, this sort of thing is truly a labour of love with a hint of madness...
