Met up with Neil, who has bought the Final Edition advertised on ebay recently and mentioned by Sarg in this post:

It's now pretty local to me 
and finally the infamous Morning Dew interior
Had a little drive and it feels very tight given its done 3 times the mileage of my car - believe it or not it's the first time I've driven ANY other '8 than my own!!
Although I'm not sure I could live with morning dew as easily as I do the purple, it's nowhere near as in your face as most photos appear and it wouldn't put me off having one, especially given the exterior colour is lovely.
Neil has a half alcantara interior he can stick in if he decides he doesn't like it
