You will need the engine running at normal temp to read the values.

this is a good idea on how to logg data from various elements of your engine.
For vacuum leaks they will be most prominent at idle where the vacuum is strongest due to the throttle plate being closed.
If your results do point towards a leak they can sometimes be found by sparying carb cleaner around the hoses and intake.
