How To - MMI Updating
To upgrade the MMI firmware to fix various bugs in the systems you will need an MMI update CD. These can be brought from your Audi dealer as required.
1) Once you have the update CD insert it into Slot 1 of your CD changer
2) Hold down SETUP and RETURN for 5 seconds in any MMI menu
3) Click on SWUPdate
4) Follow instructions on screen
** Remember to go up in version stages **
*** There is the potential your car will go into component protection mode, if it does, then Audi are the only ones who can remove this ***
***Only use this is you have too - Latest Nav discs require MMI updates to have the 3D function ***
