From the alignment printout you can see that you had to little TOE-in, that would definitively result in inner edge wear but I would not expect quite that much. Now that t it has been adjusted tyre wear on inside edge should improve but I am not sure that it will disappear all together. If there was tyre width issue it would affect both sides of tyre not just inside and not to the level you have.

Did you ask for TOE constant S to be checked and adjusted when doing wheel alignment? The printout looks like it is from Hunter machine and as far as I know it does not ask to check TOE constant S as part of alignment procedure so this is something that operator should know and check. Most of the garages I have asked about it just look at me with wide open eyes and does not know what I am talking about. Your best bet is to have it dobne at VAG specialist with proper VAG alignment machine.
