Having driven the W12, it's quick, but you don't know you're going quickly until you look at the speedo or out the side window. The levels of refinement in that engine and geabox combo are amazing.
If you want something geared towards spirited driving, then the S8 is that beast.
Or.. if you want something to smack you in the back of the head off the line with enough torque to tear up tarmac, then a remapped 4.2TDi
