If they had the battery off the windows will need to relearn the full up/down before they one touch again. I think you just need to push the button until it's fully lowered and then again until it's fully raised (for each window) and the one touch feature works again. I don't know about the full open option off the fob though. See if once the one touch is working the other part starts working some things are linked without being obviously so. If the air mass meter is iffy for example the tiptronic doesn't work.
