That's the same thing isn't it? It's just one is in English, other in German so maybe a slight difference depending on market sold if your paint guy says there is a difference in tiny bit of white going in. Or maybe a slight tweak between years, models. Internet only comes back with 1 code PPG 190749 for LZ5K.
