The breakdown of room types that have been put aside are below.
Classic Courtyard rooms x 10: All Doubles. 9 of these can be made into a Twin room.
Classic River view rooms x 6: All Doubles and can all be made into a Twin room.
Double River View rooms x 5: All Doubles or can be used for Single Occupancy.
Attic Rooms x 4: All Doubles. 2 of these can be made into a Twin room.
Discounted rates are as follows:-
Double/Twin Bedded room for £135.00 per night on a Bed & Breakfast basis and £109.00 per night for a Single room on a Bed & Breakfast basis and the hotel has free parking on site and the car park has CCTV.
Dinner on the Saturday evening is £32.50 per person for a Three Course Meal including Canapes, and also includes exclusive use of the Ballroom for our group
The hotel will require a £50.00 per room non-refundable deposit and remaining balance due two weeks prior to arrival.
