it could just be the coding on the module, I guess the coding is different between a car that has voice control and bluetooth than just bluetooth for example. The coding would tell the module where the microphone is connected. Assuming of course you have not forgotten to plug the mic in, or plugged it into the wrong connection.

Seems to be the same issue.
Try coding the bluetooth module as 0010900 which is the coding for no voice control, assuming your car does not have voice control. Currently its coded for German voice control.
