Diesel testers surely should have the kit that can do hundreds and thousands of PSI, so it's just a case of getting adapter to connect and putting different fuel in the system.

If everything else fails, there is a gap in market which could be filled with some DIY getting FSI fuel pump and driving it from electric motor to generate pressure.
