I've done several European road trips in my S8:
- one through Belgium and Germany with my father, which included a few laps round the 'Ring,
- one with my family through the Netherlands, France, Germany and Belgium, also including some laps round the 'Ring, and
- one through the Netherlands and Belgium (so sadly, no 'Ring trip).
No idea of the miles of each, but the car is ideal for such trips, although for some reason I got stopped twice by the police when with my father and had the car thoroughly searched both times. Two British adult males in a Black S8 crossing the continent was a bit suspicious, apparently...
