Yes thats the number for the clamps - they're also used on the D3 so are still available although the last ones I had were on back order. Its worth ordering the plastic screws (4D0201834) for them as well as they don't always come off intact.

The fuel lines themselves are aluminum so are usually fine - its just the steel fittings at the back which get a bit crusty. The system only runs at 4 bar so actually its not a problem to just replace with standard banjo fittings and rubber fuel hose and either screw-clamps or crimps.
