Personally I think you would be better off buying them individually for half the cost, 3 types, and the quantity you need. I don't like when people say in situations like that, it usually means they don't know.
Also I don't like these type of LEDs.

For number plate I've used these before and can confirm same as other guys that they don't flick and lifespan is fantastic.
Can't remember what size I got for vanity mirrors and what size fr number plate, but they are fantastic.
