This might help someone in future had PAS SIV displayed ac in the rear of the car when I had someone wanting to use the heated rear seats, it comes up when you press the rear heated seat buttons, turns out its the master child lock to the right of the driver was enaged, unlocked it and its all systems go again, I didn't know it did that with the child lock but it sounds logical as you won't want a heated seat with a baby seat on it
