Mismatched tyres are effectively no tyres in the marketplace for wheels like these, especially if they need a refurb. Either they would go to someone on here who would likely want four matched tyres, or they'd go to someone with a lesser model which would need smaller tyres anyway.
Given that good sets usually sell for £800 or so, and a refurb is £400, I would suggest that makes them worth around £400. Shipping wheels without tyres is fairly reasonable so you'll widen your audience if you can pack them up and send them by courier
