I must admit I was the same with my D3.
Spent £1000s on it, whenever I fixed something another headache appeared!
MMI Screen, Heating, Speaker Rattles, Electric Windows, Electric Boot, wheel bearing etc etc
I will say it now Audi did NOT build the D3 as well as the D2, The D2 was Audi pushing into the Exec market and went the extra mile. The D2 was better made than anything else at that time, the D3 quality vs profit was adjusted back the wrong way.
