Cars that left the factory with 20" wheels feature shorter front ABS sensors, so if yours had 18s originally I would stick with those assuming they are not rubbing anywhere.
The price for 18 or 20" fitment ABS sensors is identical from Audi/TPS.
I wouldn't bother fitting used parts for something like this - they seem to have a finite life before they crack internally so you might as well buy new.
They only take half an hour to fit assuming they're not jammed in.
