Tried to remove the wheels yesterday to put the 18" S8 wheels back on for a few months as they have new winter tyres, and these 20"s are practically welded on!

Any tips on how to remove them? Trolley jacked the car up then tried gradually winding the jack of death against the wheel to pop it off, but nothing.
