Running the car on LPG shouldn't have any effect on the lambda sensors. As ainars says, replace them with new ones, as the pre-cat one's are a pain to get at (and you don't want to put a second hand one in only for it to fail soon afterwards). Admittedly, I did mine on a 3.7, so assuming the 4.2 layout is very similar.
BTW The only issue I ever had with running on LPG was about six months after I got the job done, as it kept reverting back to petrol. Was told at the time it was a faulty coil pack, but having experienced another faulty coil pack recently, I'm doubting that explanation now.
