Don't forget that there will be hundreds of cars all heading to the site to arrive at 9am so I would prefer to meet say 1/2 an hour away somewhere quieter so when we are all together we just head in as one long line, we may well have quite a few cars as it is a joint stand with the Audi Owners Club as well
I'll sort somewhere suitable out with Chris from the AOC and let everyone know, if we try to organise all of this by committee it will go horribly wrong!
