I'll repeat myself again, we cannot organise this by committee with everyone putting their view in, it will not work! we have others to consider, ie the Audi Owners Club and at the moment we have no idea of numbers. It's all very well to say it will be ok and quiet at 9am in a car park at Beaulieu but it may well not be and you can't turn a huge group of cars around easily and stil all go in together. There is one shot at going in together.
I'm quite happy to stop organising this meet and hand everything over to ONE PERSON to organise, and they can do all of the liaising with the AOC but these multiple views and opinions about the best way to be doing things are not helping me personally, sorry but it's enough hassle trying to organise things without multiple views (which are inevitably all different) chipping in.
Anyone like to organise it all and I'll just show up??
