I have a Parrot kit (here -
https://www.parrot.com/uk/car-kits/p...arrot-mki-9200), which works beautifully, and keeps the full Bose sound quality - which isn't always the case, apparently. Mine routes through the CD input, but as you've noted, that's not an issue for you.
I have the parrot screen on the small trim panel just by the drivers door, which is pretty unobtrusive, but you can choose to have it out of sight instead if you prefer that.
