That's one of the things I love about my Tesla, being able to turn on the climate control (inc demisters, seat/steering heaters, etc) for as long as necessary before going out in the car, and without having to run an engine. Aye but by the time you get out to drive away the battery will be flat and you will have to take the D2 anyway
