Default Window regulator failure

I am in the process of trying to repair the left rear window. First I looked at the switch, as I hoped I might not have to pull the panel off.

Taking the panel off, I immediately noticed a piece at the bottom of the door.
After further inspection, the window regulator mechanism is clearly broken.

Any chance I can get it back together to be able to fully close the window?

edit: (I just remembered it is vacuum driven) HPsauce is correct, my mistake.
