Even if you did not notice, the Team Orga has been clinging to the last weeks and putting together a decent program for our 11th annual meeting.
Itinerary:
1st Friday, 10.08.2018
Own arrival to Waldhotel Schäferberg ( 34314 Espenau at Kassel, Wilhelmsthaler Str. 14 ). Here we have dinner together in the reserved room for the A8 Friends Community. Then, in good weather, we will go outside to the parking lots to the main attractions and let the evening end with good conversation. In bad weather our reserved room or the hotel bar is available.

The breakfast buffet in the hotel is as always ready from 06.30. Please note that we have a strict schedule and all meet for departure at 9:45 am at the hotel car park. The departure takes place at 10.00 clock. The goal this year is the Edersee. Here we have booked a passenger boat trip on the beautiful Edersee. Meeting point is the deposit Waldeck beach (Ederseerandstr. 8B, 34513 Waldeck ). The boat trip over the entire Edersee takes about 2 hours and costs 12, - EUR per person. We have made a parking reservation for our cars. The price for this is 100, - EUR. The flat rate will be allocated to the number of vehicles. However, experience should not cost more than 3 to 4, - EUR per vehicle. I think it's all worth it for our cars to park safely.
After the passenger navigation, we drive on to the next event. We are talking about the summer toboggan run. We have arranged here with the owner the arrival between 14.30 and 15.00 clock. He also offers us the possibility of a locked parking lot. He makes these available to us free of charge.
We were able to agree on a package deal here. The package includes the following: Use of the summer toboggan run (2x per person), grill buffet with an upgrade (steaks, beef steaks, chicken breast steaks, at least 4 kinds of bratwurst, home-made potato salad, rosemary potatoes and herb dip.) The total cost per person is 23,14 EUR.
The owner here a parking space available, here also the evaluation of the vehicles takes place. As always, you will receive the evaluation sheets from Team Orga.
After the evaluation, we drive together back to the hotel. Here then the evaluation of the reviews including cup award. We also have dinner at the hotel.

Again, we have a breakfast buffet available. After breakfast, the departure can take place at your own discretion.
We hope for a great meeting in 2018, many good talks, petrol in the air and many participants with heart and soul.
For the meeting to work, we ask you to observe the following rules of conduct:
Please keep the venue and the parking lot clean!
The instructions of Team Orga (Scotty, Robert, Yann, Julia) are to be obeyed!
Independent access (no official exit)!
Tire squealing and rioting in the parking lots is prohibited!
Everyone is responsible for themselves in road traffic!
There are no roads/intersections or the like blocked!
