Finally back home!

The drive was very pleasant despite of driving slowly and nicely and queuing hour after hour. Finally I got lost in a a very rural area of Belgium on tiny roads with lots of pretty big cows everywhere and a vast and unsurmountable construction area (ex: street) at the very end of the street or should I say the beginning of the village. I had to turn around.

But all of that could not spoil the pleasure of the shifter moving smoothly from gear to gear, which has been repaired accidentally by Mikki Jayne, and the steady and constant heartbeat of the new heart of my amazingly glossy S8.

A 2nd life created by Mikki Jayne. No fear of getting stuck in a congestion anymore and blowing oil through the poor cats! No nasty sensation of the shifter discretely yet eerily scratching into the first and second gear!
11,1 l/100 km = 25,45 mpg. No demands for oil.

Thank you so very much, Mikki Jayne!

P.S.: I have not replaced the trims (but one single trim because there was a dent in it). I just don't wash it too often.
