I've had further confirmation of our booking at Critch now

They need to drive past the Admissions building and they will see the cordoned off area straight ahead of them.
And just to reiterate:
You'll need to give Admissions the group name (A8 and S8 UK Owners Group) and password (Quattro) to get the group rate.

Additionally, I'm told "you will need to book a timed tram ride ticket on arrival" (assuming you would like to have a tram ride of course!).
