Lyn actually said, "I nearly told Mark what you said", it had made her forget for a few seconds.
My experience is that you keep trying to tell them things. Strange silly things make you forget for very short periods. I woke up to a cuppa brought by Gwen the other day; then I woke up and realised it was a dream.
