Default 1998 S8 for Sale

The time has come to sell the 8 and it's for no other reason than belive or not the boot isn't big enough.

So Next wednesday I'm picking up a 4.2 A6 Avant.

So back to the 8

1998 S8 in Red. Has done about 178000 miles. This is a good guess as it has had an undocumented clock change at some time.

There is loads of history for the car which is how I've worked the mileage out.

Good points.

Genuine final edition 20" alloys spaced out to fill the arches
Fully Reconditioned box fitted about 20000 miles ago.
Timing Belt replaced by Ben at AVP done August 2010
New vented drilled and grooved discs fitted allround last month.
Facelift front calipers and discs fitted.
Cream fully electric Recaro S-Line seats
Private Plate S8 8WRS included
Serviced with genuine oil filter and Quantam III Longlife (The same oil used at Audi dealers.)
All tyres have at least 4-5mm on them.

Bad Points.

Being a red car it has started suffering from the inevitable laquer peel. There is about 6" of the top of the drivers side rear door that has come away and also on the roof from the top of the screen to the front of the sunroof.

There are stone chips on the front bumper and a scuff where I hit the gate at the local Post Office.

The alloys could do with a refurb. I can get this done if the car gets the right price.

I will post pics tomorrow.

Looking for £2750 ono.

Mick.
